vs v6. was missing slighty when idling but drove ok so i changed my spark plugs now it missfires really bad when trying to rev it up quickly or accelerate from low revs .There is no craked plugs and leads tested ok. I need to fix a.s.a.p so i can go on holiday!

    Check the leads.

I agree. It is more likely that the miss was initially caused by the leads, and it is possible that there were further damaged during the spark plug change.

The fault is definitely either the leads or plugs. The leads can be damaged from removing them/installing them which isn't always your fault. Make sure you pull the boot of the lead to lower the chance of damage. Always, only ever do one spark plug at a time, and pull the one lead for that spark plug. This will prevent putting the leads back on in the incorrect order. Check that all leads are going to the correct place on the coil pack and spark plug. This will cause damage to your engine if they are incorrectly fitted. Also make sure the lead is sitting really tight on the spark plug, they shouldn't come off without a bit of force.

Finally, just because you cant see a crack in the spark plugs doesn't mean they don't have a crack in them. They can crack internally if overtightened.

Good luck, let us know the outcome.
