Lowering and rims goes a long way to make any car look nicer.

Not much really to do inside... seat covers and what not if thats your type of thing... but other than that... just keeping it clean is the best thing to do.

What colour is it?

Also, i was wondering if there was a way to get rid of minor scratches around the car without a full body respray?

Is is scratches in the clear coat or through to the paint itself?

If its just clear coat... a detailer will be able to get them out...

Also if there is a few main ones you can probably get a dent remover and they should be able to fixed them up....

There is also a DIY floating around somewhere on how to use some touch up paint and get a good result.
