Haven't done a thread on any of my other Miscellaneous rides i have brought over the years so here is my latest pickup.
I'm defiantly not new to polishing a turd but i thought i would upload this one as my latest wagon build is now come to a halt.
If anyone's interested ill give you the story so far of "Basha". The name come from the state of the poor thing. Shes only made for one thing. Bashing. Mostly bush bashing.
So here i am with a few mates on the beach with my Mates GQ Patrol having a blast of a day. Standard day of Sh*t talk and who can climb this and that. Every time it gets me i feel like having another "Truck".
Some might remember me mentioning in one of my Threads i had a Lifted, big tyre combo Black Colorado. The car was brilliant but being a new black car i was always worried to scratch it ect.
Sure enough that night a screenshot was sent to me of patrol needing work down in Sydney cheap. Engine not running, Believes no spark.
Organized a trailer and a lift down to Sydney with a mate. Car wasn't as described. How unusual right? missing floor, More damage then described but after all its a old second hand 4x4.
Ended up getting the young bloke down to a very decent price and loaded her up on the trailer.
On our way home we kept getting stuck in road works after road works. Not a good thing to be getting stuck in on the free way with large uphill climbs and a TD42 -T towing. Known as a kettle. lol
all going well...... then we over heated And did Tyre on the trailer while pulling off to the side of the road.... after this we believe the engine done the head gasket and left us about 15mins from home stuck on the road of the road with two broken Patrols. Thankfully i had the misses come save us at 3am with my SSV wagon to tow both the broken hunks home. God love her.
Here she is....
