Hi,
there seems to be no air flow from the air-conditioner when it is on recycle but on fresh air there is air flow.

Just wondering if there is a cabin air filter that needs replacing?

If not, what could be the cause of the problem?

Thanks in advance, Steven

No cabin filter.
Are you saying that there is no airflow in recycle mode with the fan on?

I'm not sure but I can only assume a flap isn't opening or closing as it should. Sorry I can't be more specific.

As above, the air system is controlled by a number of vacuum controlled solenoids. Can you hear a sucking sound when on re-circ mode?

The vacuum control module is located above the kick panel in the passenger foot well right next to the center console area, pull out that panel and look for loose/blocked/damaged vacuum hoses.

Check the vacuum hoses on the back of the air directional flow selector on the dash.
Also, the selector it's self may be faulty. There are seals behind the vacuum hose manifold of the selector,
so vacuum doesn't leak from one selection, (e.g. face to feet) to another.
