No Help With Map Updates /Notification

Well don't count on Holden to notify you of any updates to the SatNav maps. You are on your own to work this out yourself. Nor do they know how often they come out.

They don't know the cost either. Your guess is as good as mine. Service manager was unhelpful, unfriendly, dismissive and downright rude.

Did get my sps hvac control module Techline TI 2331-1307 and carried out reset as required verify repair.

Hold start button for 10 seconds now and this will bring key on indefinitely..

Did you see the article in yesterdays SMH about the cost of Sat Nav updates for cars. It quoted $350 for a 2010 Commodore and prices ranged from $62 for a CD for Passat to $652 for a Falcon 6E and around $550-$600 for Audi, Mercs and BMW

No got a link? In any case there is nothing available about this for a VF. still waiting for my dealer to provide me with details. Disappointing I just hope someone can provide some good old fashioned "customer service"

Pretty sure aussieakito (Who works for Holden) said the updates are done during services. Maybe PM him and see if he has anymore details?

Hi guys got the exact same problem. Im missing some major roads in geeling, which were built 11months ago. My garmin is upto date and has done for a while. Waiting on dealer for details...

What I would like to know tho!! And it doesnt matter what gps system you have each sat nav has a maps file in a file structure.
What is the gps file ie. Whereis maps etc etc.
And what file structure needs to be stored in.
I want to add speed camera updates and certain POI' s..
