I have that exact ebay one. Seller and product is extremely easy. I got the big singular button for simple looks. Dual button might make it easier to know on and off though.
What’s the wiring assembly or does it tap off the 128 relay etc?

This would be esy to hard wire to a switch in the cabin. It is just moving the relay to control it instead of the vehicle.

Yeah wiring is easy (I’m an electrician). Just want to make sure it isn’t a step motor or require voltage pulses as opposed to a direct drive open/shut motor etc.

But I would only swith the relay the same way it is working now as per the pics with remote switch.

There's also the same product from LSXtreme for $185. I'm looking at getting one of these fitted to a Director so that I can have the option of open bimodals in the comfort MRC tour mode. Will be happy to hear anyone's thoughts if they have purchased this or a similar product?
The Varex is nice but far too expensive as an option unfortunately.

I have this kit fitted to my VF2 Redline. I have bimodal off in the my link, so the 2 button remote controls open/close, works great. When going for long drives, to like Mildura, I change the my link to on, so the remote controls auto/open as it helps to minimise droan when sitting on 115+ in auto mode for the kids in the back with their gadgets.
