OK well the problem has been found, and i hope this is a help for others.
After a heavy rain my ute was flooded behind the passenger seat, and from this my dash and stereo and a/c became faulty.
After draining all the water out and lifting the carpet to get the damp out, i looked all over to see what could be the problem, after changing stereo to see if that was the problem and it was not i looked at all fuses again and now relays as well since water was quite high in back and had shorted out the battery ,needing a new one.
Started looking for the main connections to see if they could be the problem and yes, one of the first joint from the 2 fuses coming from the power side had burnt out and was melted away, after repairing that connection all was going but the stereo and a/c, so took advice from one of the reply's about removing a radio fuse and giving it a few hours and yes it fixed it all, so thank you guys for giving advice .

now just to put the ute back together

thanks for the advice guys it helped

Seems to be a bit of a common theme lately flooded floors in VEs. I too wonder how the water is getting in?

Leak locations:
• Pedal plate behind carpet
•Cabin intake for HVAC
•Sunroof
•AC drain
•Windows - water goes through weather strip and down weather sheet behind door trim and leaks out the bottom on the interior side of the door seal.
•Roof seam
•Poor windscreen install (if it’s been replaced)
•Door seals that have compressed or flattened.
