SCA was a mad house at lunch time. Their computer system is dead slow....

Bought the main stuff I needed urgently, the rest I'll order online.

I was in the local sca (Geelong about 9.00 am) this morning. There system was off line or really slow. Not sure which one. But the system ended up coming good.

Funny thing, Repco's system was running slow as well.

Hmmm all the talk appears to be about SCA or Repco.
Has anyone dealt with AC Delco.
Reason I ask is they are opening a new place for Tyres Batteries and, I assume, spare parts, close to me
I gave up on Repco cause their prices went north and they want to stock their own branded stuff, besides
Bursons are close and good to deal with and both SCA stores are too far.

ACDelco stuff is quite good for Holden's as delco was an OEM supplier to general motors and no doubt Holden so a lot of Holden's were made with delco parts. If they are selling the same quality parts at their store they should be virtually genuine Holden parts.

Yes, I always associated AC Delco with Holden parts so I can only assume with the demise of Holden they are now looking at reinventing the company as a general tyre battery and parts supplier.
Where they are setting up was Nissan building on Wises Rd for those up here, and Nissan have moved across the road to the Holden dealer so maybe all owned by the same company.
