No spark on #6

Hi,I have a 2006 VZ alloytech which started as a slight misfire a couple weeks ago but only under load..hills or aircon on etc and it got to the point of complete misfire on #6 ,I have changed the injectors plugs and coils,the plug is saturated in fuel,I removed the plenum and done a compression test and #6 has 130 psi,#1 #3 #4 #5 have 150psi and #2 has 60psi,what would cause 6 to have no spark...any input is appreciated.. cheers

I have also scanned it using a basic kinchrome obd2 and it's only bringing up o2 sensor but I'm assuming it's from a incorrect reading from not firing
