Just wanted to know everyone’s thoughts on nolathane strut tops.I’ve been told they are to hard for everyday driving.I’m trying to sort a few things out with my front suspension being that it is rock hard.pulled it out and discovered that it had the wrong bump stops installed, nearly twice as long as they should be,so it was basically riding on them, ordered a new set from my local pedders shop, the technician also advised me that the nolathane strut tops that are installed are only really suited to the race track,so fitting set of more standardised ones would improve driving comfort.Thoughts?

I have similar popular brand in mine and love them. In no way are they harsh.

The strut top is only really to isolate the suspension from the chassis to prevent noise and vibration, how hard it rides comes down to the shock/spring combo.

Bump stops are just high density foam, just trim em up with a sharp knife to suit.

You could try Superpro Polylast isolators, they're a lot more compliant than the urethane versions.
I've tried both versions, but prefer the urethane.

Which version? I have polylast on the Redline and urethane on the Maloo.
I'll be fitting urethane on the Magnum soon.

I'll always stick to the rubber units, but then most of you would've expected me to say that didn't you ?

I was the same, nothing but OEM / Rubber Bushes etc, etc
I even tried PolyPro, and they failed after 2 days of day to day driving, "they were just crap", so they were sent back and refund requested.

After seeing the comparison from Rubber to SuperPro on their [SuperPro's] website,
I'm converted to SuperPro,
The reason is, the Film clip shows how SuperPro Bushes keeps all the hardware in alignment,
and I was very surprised the amount of movement in the Rubber bushes which would alter the alignment which could cause tyre wear.
