NON-OTR CAI... worth it?

ok after looking at finances, i am leaning towards this one....... i'm not keen on those filters though...... will have to look for a foam filter to replace it.

trust me you get what you pay for...

there is a reason not one performance shop uses those intakes...

it would have to be an improvement over the stock intake. And at this point in time unfortunately, i don't have a spare $600+ :cry:
I know that OTR will work better, but from what i have read, a lot of people who have non-OTR are happy with what they get for the money they spend.
Even the induction sound would be worth it :thumbsup:
The Patrol i had that had a V8 in it had an enclosed pod filter that was connected to a snorkel.. and it sounded awesome!!
