Kia Sorrento, VZ Crewman, VZ Cross 8, & ya mum.
Full voltage on the battery confirmed.
All connections good.
Starter had a little love tap. It still could be the starter has **** itself.

Next is to get a decent scan tool on to see which modules are talking and which are not. Those are not easily obtained.

Yes battery full voltage.
Gave a love tap now and still nothing.
Even put screwdriver across the terminals on starter solenoid and got spark but no start. Terminals a little corroded but now suspect it is the starter motor.

I can hear a click when starting then about 30sec later the same noise which I think is solenoid pushing the arm forward but not turning the engine l.

I was worried I might have fried computer but if the starter is getting power and trying to do something then most likely a starter issue.
It may have fried when I tried to jump start it maybe.

Lucky. Starter is an easy job.
