Why do the photos have weird outlines around them? The processing on the blue wagon burns my eyes :/

Not sure about the white line that's just how they posted on here, there's a link to my Facebook page if you want to check out the rest of my shots from c4c. Plenty of shots of the wagon that may not burn your eyes lol

Oh and take it easy on me I've only been using a bottom of the line DSLR for 2 weeks, before that all I had ever taking pictures with was my iphone4. And as for processing I really have no idea and have just been playing around with photoscape.
