Hey guys,

I was wondering if anybody would be able to help me understand some information i logged tonight.

This log was taken over 50 minutes, 50/50 town driving around 30-50km and highway run 100km. HSV E2 Senator 6.2l ls3 317kw 6sp Auto.

I recently bought a bluedriver obd2 tool which had alot more access to information that my $20 one. Could someone please tell me if they sensor voltage on all 4 o2 sensors are operating as they should? As you can see the 1st sensor on both banks are very erratic with values and the 2nd sensor on both banks hover constantly up near 730mv and even as high as 895mv. Not sure how hot the cats get but someone might know.

The last three images are of the mode 6 data and I've noticed multiple cylinders have multiple misfire counts. Should i be worried about this at all? Especially cylinder 1 being higher than the others?

I hope someone can help me understand all this and weather or not i have a problem.

Thanks in advance!

front 02's go above and below 450mv to keep stoich and the rears just monitor what the fonts are keeping at, if u go OL they should show higher 800mv+ depending on afr

The front O2 sensors should switch between high and low mV.
The rear O2 sensors should be steady high mV.

If the rear O2 sensors ever mimic the front O2 sensors then your catalytic converters are not working and need to be replaced

So in saying that, these graphs should be fine?

So with what my O2 sensors are showing is correct and nothing to worry about on oxy side

Any signs on why I have multiple misfires?

Also are my short and long fuel trims off? I've been told you add the short and long terms together to give you a result both banks are up near -10%?

LTFT are just the average of the STFT for that given map area and the point of the LTFT is that the STFT should be close to zero, factory can be anywhere plus/minus 10-15% and if yours read -10% then your tune is richer so its removing 10% for that area so its at least safe, misfires i wouldnt worry about unless u can feel/hear it actually miss, 450mv is stoich the CL system cycles fuel above and below that point to stay at stoich and thats the up/down in the graph for the 02's, the rear 02's are not controlled so they just read as if it were OL which also lets the ecu know if they are rich or lean based on stoich point, once u go OL or WOT they both should read high 7-800mv+ to show its richer then stoich but they arnt accurate

Beauty, that makes me feel a little bit better. Thought i had an underlying issue waiting to pop up. I do notice at idle it has a little stumble you can hear and feel but nothing that will stall the engine, also no miss while under load. I have also noticed that if i brake and coast into a roundabout or corner then start to apply throttle it stumbles bad, as if it loses all power and wants to stall then picks back up again. Doesnt happen all the time but can defiantly feel bad

just look at what the 02's are doing when it stumbles they may be showing lean and then has a little lean miss, if u take the plugs out u will see if there is a missfire issue or if u havnt done plugs in a long while just put some TR6 plugs in there

Engine was still quite warm so will check the plugs tommoro morning. I did have a look at the leads and a couple have heat damage on the rubber boot and noticed some had started to tear and break off on the plug end. I tested resistance at 20k ohms and most were reading 0.27-0.29 but the torn one read 1.87. I dare say I've found the culprit. The plugs and leads were only changed about 12 months ago. The leads were 8mm NGK without metal shield
