    Can anyone help
    vx 2000 5.7 ls1 has 16 pin obd2 connection recieved software with obd1/obd2 nead interface to make it work.have asked seller no reply (hay) would i nead aldl or elm327???????

    As DLFHUB666 said, it's ALDL Data attached to an OBD2 plug. OBD2 scantools/cables will not connect to pre-VZ V6 models.
    If you are looking for a USB cable for the car, This One will do the trick.
    The V6, L67 and 5L should all be fine with that, but LS1 isn't AFAIK.
