ohm range for fuel level sending unit?

Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone knows off hand the ohm range for an 80L fuel tank in a VR. Its for the fuel level sending unit, its a longshot but just makes it easier for me than testing it when full, then runnin completely dry and testing empty.

So i can put in a nice VDO fuel gauge, and air/fuel gauge.

i wanted to do the same thing it is 0 when full and 90 when empty which means you cant do it aftermarket ones are 0 when empty and 90 or 40 when full

It also says never earth the sender unit to check the fuel gauge as it will damage the gauge's windings and it can burn it out .
