Oil concerns with vy ss

    Hi All, new to the game here. Hope anybody can pass on some assistance. Have vy ss wagon and have had it for 2 years now. The "check oil" comes up on dash continuously now. And at times the motor sounds like its a little thirsty for some oil. All this whilst at the same time the oil levels are just fine. Driving me nuts. Any idea's or clues.

    Could be oil pressure, have you checked that???

    Oil pump might be on its way out.

    Oil pick up might be a little clogged if you arent good with your services. If the engine sounds like its thirsty for oil id probably rule out the OPS but also a possibility.

    What do you mean thirsty for oil? Whats it doen besides the light?

    Thirsty for oil never turnes out good!
    Id stop driving it and get it looked at!
    Just swing by a mecanic and have a chat.
