    My car dose kinder not want to part with its old as oil filter and suggestions please

    Are you using a filter wrench? If not, (and you are sure that you have the right replacement) lightly hammer a screwdriver (phillips) through the side if the old filter to use as a wrench. (It will leak dirty oil as well, over you if you're right underneath the filter!)

    never thought of that thanks, and i have taken a few of outer cars and i have never need a filter wrench well i just went to autobarn and said i need oil/filter fuel filter and air filter so if its all wrong look out incoming brick

    Only tighten the new oil filter hand tight.Dont use any tools to tighten it.
