is it the 304" V8?
I think it should be a 14mm Allen key. The torque range is 17-22nM

Screw the filter stud into the filter manifold all the way by hand and just lightly lubricate the end of the thread with the new engine oil. Make sure the oil filter seal surface is clean and lubricate the seal of the new oil filter and install handtight.
As you install the new oil filter, it will tighten against the stud. If you want to be anal, install the filter until the seal contacts the manifold surface and then tighten a further 3/4 of a turn. That is the correct filter installation technique. But you always get retards putting a filter strap on again to tighten it. Absolute retards.

Fill the engine with oil until the full mark is reached on the dipstick. (Try not to spill any oil on the exhaust manifold or anywhere for that matter, a funnel ia highly recommended and some degreaser and rags for cleaning) Start and run the engine at idle speed for 30 seconds and then shut it off. Wait 20-30 seconds for the oil to drain back to the sump and refill until the correct level is reached on the dipstick. Start and run the engine and check for leaks. Clean up any oil spills and dirty hand marks.

And fill the service sticker out correctly and place in an appropriate location.

DISPOSE OF WASTE OIL CORRECTLY!

Just screw it back in. Dont use thread tape or any form of sealer because thread tape has the potential to get jammed in an oil gallery somewhere and cause serious damage.

A drop of loctite is another option. Won't cause any restriction to the gallery but will help the stud stick.
As above there should be an Allen key drive in the centre. Just a light nip should do it.

The oil filter needs to be done up a full extra turn from when it mates the housing. Will leak otherwise.

Same with the bung. 25Nm?? try obout 40. again, this is to prevent leakage that would otherwise happen.
