Oil in injector bung hole

I was changing my injectorson my vx v6 & noticed traces of engine oil in one of the injector bung holes cylinder 5 2 b exact does anyone know what this means for my vx?

Maybe some of the oil that comes back into the plenum via the pcv system? What does the spark plug look like?
