Since I have purchased Gasket Kit, I also purchased a tension wrench a while ago, and electronic copy of the service manual fro the Super6's
Because I want to make sure the bolts are tension'd up correctly, and in the correct order,
With more hardware on top of the intake manifold, don't want anything coming lose, and you don't want to remove the hardware again.

Blue RTV for the corners. Be sure to smear the gaskets with a thin layer of oil or RP7. That way when you slide the LIM into position you don't foul the seals on the gasket.

I've noticed the idler pulley on the belt tensioner is noisy, is the bearing in the pulley replaceable?

If its a plastic pulley then no. You will be lucky to press it out without damaging the pulley. A new steel one is 30 bucks a bearing is 15 at least anyway.
