Oil pressure always 5 Bar in VE V8

My car ( 2007 VE SSV) Manual has a constant 5 bar of oil pressure I have never seen it drop any bars on the gauge.

Is this correct?
Is the reader faulty?
Is it safe?

it should vary with rpm, best to read it with a scanner to see if its the data (sensor) or the readout that is incorrect
