The twisty style extractors are not ideal in this situation because they will expand the threads into the hole. The spline type are much better for these.

What you need to do is call a thread repair guy to come and remove it for you then put a new bloody sensor in and stop piss farting around.

There are blokes out there that specialise in extracting broken manifolds studs. This should be a walk in the park for one of those blokes.
