Hi

Had a hose pop off today.. looks like it’s connected to radiator..
Hose is under the Air Hose.

Can anyone tell if there will be any more concerns..

Should I be able to just reconnect hose and car will run normal again?

There was some fluid splatter, so a radiator flush or just top up?

Thx

Sorry Graham, but I'm lost here.
I have a VE 6 and can't understand your photo.

Air hose??????????????

Reconnect it by all means, but do check coolant level and reconnection often.
Your coolant should be red, as per what your books will tell you, and it needs to be flushed and changed using the red coolant every 5 years.....Has it been? If not coolant change for sure.

Here’s another Pix..Does that tell a better story..
I better do a flush then.. Could be approaching the 5 year mark..

Seems to be the greenish coolant color tho.
Will that matter..

Cheers gossie

Did the plastic neck break off inside the hose? That's what usually happens and if so you will need a new radiator!

I think he means under the air intake?
Yeah looks like you’ve broken the top radiator hose / neck man.

New radiator is needed yesterday, and make sure they put RED coolant in!

New radiator sounds fair.
RED coolant. Who put green into it?
Read your books.
