im hoping to respray parts of my car over the next few months and im tossing up between a couple of ideas.
    1. completely alpine white, ss kit, with the chrome berlina strip running along the centre.
    2. alpine white on top, champagne on the lower half with the ss kit.
    possible pearl clear coat.
what do you think would look better?

I've already spotted the odd one or two white Commodores, any possibilty of choosing a colour, and not a lack of colour? (I love your work man!),

I don't know. It's hard to picture the two tone you're thinking of, but I like the sound of the all alpine white, with the SS kit and chrome berlina strip.

yeah i know white is a common colour, but id prefer to stick with it cause it would be cheaper and it means i dont need to respray under the bonnet and inside the doors. im trying to find a picture of the two tone im thinking of.

i think ill go with that hozy. any idea what a bit of white paint, enough clear for the whole car, and pearl flakes would cost? id assume i only need 1 or 2 clear coats?

I'm not a fan of champagne on cars at all! As people have said, alpine white with some sort of pearl would look good.
