I actually like the colour scheme and sticker kit, and even the wheels.

But I reckon the wheels would look better all white, or at least a white lip.

What's happened to the VE forum?
Those wheels would've got paid out about 5 years ago...

Chev badges on the other hand have always been paid out! :)

The wheels look great IMO ! Black inner makes it look cleaner than all white. But I would ditch the caliper covers. Nothing says "Vietnamese uni student" more than glue on plastic parts..... lol

Hi everyone,

This is my first post, I'm quiet nervous typing this feels like I'm about to give a speech haha.
(Please don't mind me if I don't use technical words)

I recently bought a 08 SV6.. and there were a little things that I didn't like when I first purchased the car such as the Chev badges, although the previous owner insisted on not removing them, I just had too I wasn't feeling it. I ended up replacing them with black badges, although I wanted a badge-less boot, when I removed the old chev badge there was a hole that would of looked very ugly uncovered. And then there was the commodore badge on the boot, that came off easily but the glue residue just wouldn't come off, I literally tried everything. I will get around to the badge-less boot soon though.

So I'm in a bit of a pickle. When I first purchased the car I wasn't the biggest fan of the colour of the rims white on white just seemed to tacky for me, but then I think it kinda grew on me but I'm still not 100%. I would personally paint them black but I'm still unsure, what's everyones opinions?

Thanks for reading.

Cheers,
Heidi

Looks fine to me , it's a white car so the white rims are not over the top , I've got a black car , so Iv'e gone down the black rim route , for over a year now .
Good to see the Chevrolet badges gone .
