last night check the optus tv statement, and we have been charged for 2 pay tv packages. one at 60 somthing and the other at 50 somthing, so rang up last night to abuse and find out why - dunno how long its been going on for - at the person said it will be "rectified". bout an hour later it cuts out, no channels at all, and screen comes up with contact service provider speil. optus reckon that the whole east side of australia from north victoria up are having "technical difficulties" i think this is bull****! really poor service - its not even the 4th time there has been "technical diffulties"
No Problem Here! I am interested in the comment that Telstra are dearer but better. My Telstra telehone service was a disaster for fifteen years. Have not had any problems of signifance with Optus broadband, TV or telephone for around eight years now.
if it was such a disaster why did you put up with it for 15 years? and yeah everybody experiences different service from the same company, in my case we don't mind paying the extra to know that if it anything stuffs up it'll be sorted no hassles.
