If your offering to pay for either thats fine, Unfortunately like my interest in your opinion my spare time is non existent
How does insurance work for this day ? I'm pretty sure AAMI would give me the bird if i tried to claim a prang on a track ...
Most insurance companys would... if the damage isn't to bad and you can still drive your car you would just tell them a dog ran out in front of you whilst driving home:whistling Or if you near wrote your car off get a tilt tray and drag the car on and drop it to a panel beater and say you hit a tree/cement divider whilst driving home......
OK thats fine i can handle a ding in the VS, but just say i come along, what if i smashed into your car, lets say, or you smashed into me. Do we both walk away and say oh well that was fun, no hard feelings ?
I believe we cant pass each other on corners so that shouldn't happen... but if it did wouldn't you say it happened on the northern road or something ??
I beleive there has to be a safe distance between cars on the track, so no drafing other cars nascar style, also if someone is driving dangerously (i.e tailgating other cars) they would be asked to leave by the even coordinator. I think this was discussed in the other track day thread....
