Order For Upgrades?

ok i have a 98 vs ute with a vt bodykit and chrome mags. The interior has leather seats and carbon dash. very schmick and an eclipse headunit. My question is... i Want to do a bunch of upgrades; listed below, but due to money restraints... i can only do some now and some l8r... what would be the best order to do the following upgrades ????? plz post any advice ...

upgrades -
a) extractors
exhaust system
c) lowering and new suspension plus the strut brace thingy (sorry dunno name)
d) amp and new speakers in doors
e) upgrade to 19inch rims
f) anything to make this baby go as good as i think it loooks!!

a b and c would be the first things to do
im not sure but 19" rims are illegal on the vs

I dont know about illegal but I know you cant go more than 2 inch's wider or taller than they came stock or you need the speedo recalibrated and an engineers certificate.

Just one thing... with the exhaust/extractors... what do u recoommend and how much should i pay for it???

Im thinking Pacemaker Extractors, 2.5inch Mandrel Bent exhaust (or similar??) and a LUKEY (which one?) tip.

Please give opinions.

hi,
if your going all out with the exhaust, might as well thro on a set of free flowing cats as well. for a Mandrel bent system you probly looking at about $1500

also.. is that $1500 for the whole system or just the mandrel bent??
