outer Door Handles

Hi
dose anybody know how to adjust the out door handles as 3 off the handles don't go back down after the door is opened

Had this sorta problem when I took them out for painting. The chances are that the handle is no longer sitting firmly in the door. If its not it catches on itself when it opens. Take them out and put them back in making sure its clamped tightly with the long clip on the back and that the plastic seal/clip thing that goes around is clipped in to the door the whole way around. hope that helps
