Got a vu ute v6. When driving its perfectly fine but once im stopped in traffic, the temperature gauge starts to climb and doesnt stop until i start moving again and get the air flowing through the bay again. In the last 6 months I've changed radiator, water pump and thermostat and full system flush. Im thinking head gasket but not sure.

Engine temp will rise when stationary but the thermofan(s) should cut in and bring it back down. Have you checked the thermofans are working?
