in the exhaust under the car near the transmission you will see them sticking out from the pipe, theres one on each pipe coming from the engine
remember to unclip the wiring first before unscrewing it off the exhaust pipe. I just replaced my right one on the weekend, was a real b!itch to get to(have to go under the car and sorta twist around a bit). The left one is easy as to replace though.
