Current Status

Model: VY Series 1 Station Wagon
Year: 2002
Engine: 3.8ltr Ecotec V6
Fuel: Factory HBD Fitted Gas
Condition: Very poor

Background:

Shes been sitting in my mates yard for around two years with the rear door wide open.
Full of mould, spiders, slugs, ants and many other foreign inhabitants that have decided to call it home.
He fitted a VZ SS bodykit some time ago.
Mainly I chose this station wagon because of how straight the body is and its the perfect colour base to start with.

Yup, this is definitely a build I'll appreciate. Love a hot wagon!

If you're looking for opinions on wheels, I like the ones from the donor car better. Love the SSVs

Will leave it a rolling shell till all the under and upper body are done.
Wheel arches will be done when the new struts, springs and disks go in.
Its sitting on our old VZ calais wheels at the moment so doesn't matter if they get a bit messy.
The wife still hasn't decided on the wheels as yet or rear tail lights. but once painted it will give her an idea on what goes well with it.
Will probably go with VF 19's like on my Calais

Looking good. You'll have plenty of spares left over from the donor car.
