P plate exhaust mods

exhaust mods for my sv6

g'day everyone, i have a 05 vz 6-speed manual sv6, i have got otr cold air intake and it sounds and runs perfect :yeah:, the next mods are to be 2.5'' pacemaker headers and hi-flow cats, will the current exhaust be able to handle the flow of air if i change to pacemakers and hi-flow cats or will i need to get a whole new system ???

if i was you mate id just get pacemakers and a 2.5 catback dont worry bout highflow cats unless ur going to be doing some heavy modding as the standard cat is fine for a fairly stock engine, save ur money for something else

i suggest u should by a excel if u want ure car to be legal
i got 2 and 1/4 inch cat back with 2nd hot dog cut out sounds great.
and no its not legal, but anything you do to your car the cops will get you.
special if ure like me with a big P plate on your car

man you's must get target'd alot, i havnt been once not even since i lowered it on 18s and with a loud exhuast, im in qld too btw

Correct me if Im wrong, but 2 1/4" is standard on any V6? Straight 6 had a 2".

This P-platers being "targeted" is a load of ****. I have never been targeted, never pulled over, every dealing with the police has been pleasent, even yesterday they had to go right over my car for other reasons and photograph it, they were excellent and never once was being P-plater mentioned, actually she complimented my driving and being able to stay on the road in the situation I was in lol.

agree mate, i drive normal and have never been pulled over

i think cus so many p plater's hoon that police catch them, ppl start thinking the cops are targeting p platers but really if u drive normal and sensible police wont even second look you p plater or not
