hiya all again, my dad and i were discussing about extractors and stuff and he doesnt think that extractors would make any difference to sound on my 5ltr calais, i am buying a 3 inch lukey exhaust and pacemaker extractors but he is telling me they do stuff all! i honestly think they make a hell of a difference to sound aswell as performance, who is right? me or him? oh and my calais is a series 2 so the paceys will fit!:w00t:
yes from the restricted manifolds you have on now pacies will make a noticeabil diference im not sure about sound ive never put extractors on after ive done the exaust always with the exaust yes you can buy them to fit
Pacies will give power and tourqe, but like xcop5l says, I got mine at the same time. If there is any chance you'll want them later, get the whole exhaust done at once, its much easier that way..
Pacemakers make no difference to sound really. Not in the exhaust note and not in engine noise either. But performance wise they will make a big difference
