Paint Correction

Hi All
Looking to get my car paint corrected. Had the front end resprayed a few months back and after near 10 years my VE's paint is looking abit dull wirh afewminor scratches.
Anyone know any decent places in Melbourne to get this done ?
I've read about stage 1,2 and 3 paint corrections, whats the difference?

Here's a good example of what gets done.
I thought a bit about posting this because the client of his was a challenge for him professionally. So check the job he does for someone that really worked him.
He gives a detailed narration of the job and is quite objective about how he deals with this, which is a credit to him.
