paint damage

    after my car was parked in a car park the other day i came back to find that someone had reversed out of the car parked and their bumper had scaped along my rear bumper leaving a straight white line about a cm thick of white paint. Some of the paint just brushed of but some wont budge. I was wondering if there may be some polish that could get it of.
