Paint flaking on boot wing..

Is there anything I can do to tidy up the wing on my Commodore?

Re spray it.

yeah just get it resprayed.

That's an easy fix.
Take it off, and if your painter is happy for you to strip it back then do so, and have him paint it, unless your a good painter of course.

Looks like it's just the clear coat so far. Get a professional opinion. Or you could get it wrapped.

Yeah get it painted is the obvious answer, I just wondered if it could have a pass of lacquer over it. I'll go to a paint place and ask. Cheers..

repainting the wing will cost SFA.

It appears to be clear coat peel, which means you'll have to use 2000 grit wet and dry sandpaper to sand the whole thing back and respray some more clear coat on it....That should fix the problem

Probably $250 - $300 going by the last bit of painting I had done.
