has anyone heard of this happening before?

last week in Brisbane we had a lot of heavy rain and somehow some of this water has gotten in under the paint on the panels behind the quarter glass and on the back of the roof on my VZ onetonner.(these panels are plastic)
one panel has a huge bubble full of water.
the panel on the other side and across the roof has virtually lifted completely.
it's still the original paint.

My girlfriends VS hood has abit too right hand side up near the point.
Looked like a blister about the size of your thumb and middle finger touching together.
Never seen that before seems to be the clear coat lifting.

some of it is the clear coat lifting.

the water bubbles are actually under the paint not the clear coat and are about 70 mm round
