Looks good mate,

the 9900 clear is good stuff.

You likely won't use that much but if your reasonably new to painting your better to order more than less as it takes a lot of time and skill to learn to paint conservatively.

The Primer filler is good stuff, make sure you scuff all the existing clear with 400 grit wet sandpaper before hitting it with the primer. Technically you can spray directly over the clear with your base coat if the clear is in good nick but I prefer to prime it especially if the clear is questionable.

If it's peeled of cracked etc you'll have to sand that right back and start fresh.

Take your time with the prep work. A respray should be 80% prep and 20% painting in terms of your labour.
