    Defect: When the third seat is fitted to vehicles the operator may have difficulty locking the seat fully down into position.
    Consequences: This could cause injury to passengers in case of an accident.
    Corrective action: Replace the third seat hold down brackets. Parts disposal to be advised.

    Defect: Right hand side headlamp patch harness connector; due to insufficient clearance to the battery, contamination caused by battery vapour emissions and/or water corrodes connector.
    Consequences: Short circuit and fire.
    Corrective action: Examine headlamp patch harness connector for heat damage or corrosion on either the connector body or terminals. If wiring insulation heat damaged replace patch harness assembly. If any connector or terminal damaged replace all terminals and both connector halves. Relocate patch harness connector away from the battery.
