Painting VS centre console

Any tips on how to remove the centre console in my Vs Ute? And also what kind of spray paint I'd need to repaint it as close to the stock colour as possible?

I can get the price around where the gear lever is off and the trim around the head unit but it's just the rest I'm no sure on

There are 2 nuts under the carpet inside the console box and the 2 large screws in front of the shifter.

I used vinyl paint to do the centre console in my old VS. It was from a automotive paint place. The colour was slightly lighter than standard but you didn't notice unless you were looking for it.
And that was before Supercheap and also the other stocked paint. I don't know if they sell the vinyl paint from there. I'd be interested to know form anyone if they do.

I want to do my current VS which has the darker grey interior.
