Some ******** put a shoping trolley into my rear quarter panel. No paint damage but a small noticable (to me anyway) dent. Has anyone used a dent removal service. How do they do it and what is the general cost and is it worth it?

The ones I have seen in action work from the inside of the panel mostly, using small, shaped tools to press the dent out. It's brilliant as long as there is no stretching of the metal and you'll never know thee was a dent if you get a decent job done on it. Not sure on prices here, but I was quoted 45 pounds a panel in the UK (just over $110). Probably be cheaper out here though.
