Left is the reverse sensor module and speaker, right is the GPS module and the antenna (SMA connector) either factory fitted or dealer fitted - can be bought from ASL automedia if i remember correctly.

thanks, re the GPS are you referring to the yellow stickered OMRON device? interesting given that I have no NAV system in the radio...
