Start with the basics instead of throwing parts at it. Getting fuel at the rails? Checked for spark? Pulled the plugs to check condition?

stop throwing parts at it
if it starts after 2 hours that proves the immobilizer is not deactivating
if doors unlock this shows receiver and remote are functioning
have you tried placing key in ignition, turn to reds, press unlock on remote, then try to start
have you tried disconnecting battery for half hour
is this the original bcm and ecu in the car

If the car runs it won't be the ECU. BCM maybe, but would try a couple of other things. Does it change if you hit the unlock button and then try to start it? Is the ring around the ignition making good contact with the metal dot next to the key blade on the keyhead? If not, pry the ring up ever so slightly.

Problem solved finally after waiting 2 hours with ignition in the on position car started I let it run for 20minutes and went for a drive .came home switched car off and locked doors opened doors after an hour or so. Restarted car no problems seem car has relevant itself to accept new key .
Btw slip ring was changed for elimination purposes wasn't that..
I'm thinking combination of new key ,solenoids and computer relearning itself.. its a miracle :)
