pcm manual conversion of problems

how to put this chiped pcm in my vx s2 i have tryed with the manual loom i converted from auto to manual and tryed the manual loom and pcm but didnt start so i swaped back to auto loom and pcm and its starts fine i want the manual pcm as its chiped and the stock auto one ya cant put a chip in

What kind of car is the "chipped" one from? Was it a custom job with VATS disabled or are you just trying to put in a random ECU without linking it to the BCM?

As ole mate above said the ecu and the body control module need to be linked via a tech 2 for the car to start with a different ecu
