hey guys, was doing some research for 10w-50 oil as alot of ppl on ls1.com.au are using. came across this and it may be a pricing error. penrite hpr 10
quick buy a pallet... haha it is more than likely just a glitch when you went to the checkout it would of more than likely had the price
times like these it makes me wish i had money... oh well i'll just go back to sitting in my first car, leather covered calais.
it was a little :whistling but that what happens when you blow your entire budget on your car... oh well i will learn...:hit:
I just turned 21 and paid cash for my new SV6. It's not that big a deal, mate. Back on topic, I'm pretty sure they don't have to honour the price, unless they charge your credit card/PayPal account. If they do, congrats
yeah they kinda do there is a fine line here. because if it was a store like supercheap or repco they would have to sell it to you at the priced stated or you can get the ACCC ( i think thats the consumer one ) involved for misleading infomation. also if they voluntary charged your card without permission. as i have never heard of that shop before ( i dont even know if it is operating in australia i don't think there is anything you can do.
Technically, when a shop advertises a price, it is only an invitation to tender. They reserve the right to refuse you the sale at any time. I only have basic year 11 legal studies, and online retail law may be different. XD
well thats what the consumer protection agency is for. if you tend to sell something at a price then decide your going to charge them more that the price you agreed apon before selling the product you can get sued for that
..it is just an invitation as already said. Even if you accept the invitation it can still be removed. It is all about the passing of consideration - the expectation of a deal - effectively no 'harm' has been done so it does not form a binding contract.............no one has suffered a loss or been put out sorta.... but if they take your money after making the offer then that is a whole new story and more complicated.....still does not automatically mean they must supply goods but gets complicated........... all advice is general in nature and should not be relied upon
I heard when apple first released the iPad they only had it for 49.99 on there online shop, turns out someone forgot the zero but they had to honour the price still.
nek minute. $1000 missing from bank account Was it pay-pal? otherwise it was a really stupid move to give your bank details.. to a company you never heard of.... online.
