Hey guys..

Got the new extractors installed.. pacemakers .. just taking a closer look at them .. the workmanship looks a bit dogie.. but I'm no mechanic .. so i can't ascertain what I'm looking at..
But it would seem to close the gap between the extractors and the engine, they've used a 1/2 millimeter metal strip to close the gap. Plus used some sort of orange "sealant" to keep the gap closed
( which looks like its coming off :S)

Can someone that has these extractors installed or knows their way around a VZ Alloytec engine comment thanks =]

No idea on the install or quality.
However, what does it sound like?
Has the rest of your exhaust been modified?
Can you feel any difference in performance?

ohh mate .. I've recommended it to all my mates with V6's .. I'm saving around 1-2 Ltr's per 100km, more power, sounds real deep, along with th 2 & 1/4 inch cat-back.. i say it sounds like a MINI v8 =p

did u get the twin 2 1/4 cat back?

my dad got extractors and a twin 2 1/4 on his vz v6 and it sounds like a rice burner

if u got the same system, you got no hope in sounding like a v8 :p

Did he have the 190kw or 175kw?

As both engines sound completely different with exhausts.
