Out of curiosity, how many other Commodores have sold for over a million?

I remember one of Brocks personal company cars being fully optioned t5 Director...he never held onto them long & on top of that group a was a slap together thing for homoglation purposes...seemed like he preferred other models in interviews.

Wondering if more to do with build number tripe to sell car.

They shopw any proof he owned or drove it?

PB or JH drove every car that came out of HDT before delivery so chances are he did. Build number of 05 would be highly likely to have been his but should you have a lazy $800k or so to dump into it, have a read of the supporting documentation and decide for yourself if you believe it. Lets face it build number 05 is the one to have in any HDT build schedule weather it was his car or not.

For that kind of money better cars to buy & wait for at much cheaper prices.

Met Brocky couple of times as a kid at car shows & seen interviews where he rated other cars much better.

That aside he had several company cars although surprised that wasn't optioned up with t5 as vk grp a were tad ordinary to cruise in with m21/3.08 combo & lil lumpy cam...grp 3 with t5 was the gun car own back then while very few knew they built lm5000, sl grp a or grp a/3 models
