So restarted it again and same noise.

Hey @Playz it’s a normal sound the factory intake makes the same sound but there’s more baffling and stuff so you don’t normally hear it, with the OTR All the sound come straight out the front.

I’m probably wrong but I think it’s the throttle blade closing cutting off all air to the engine.

Cars
It’s normal and often appears more pronounced when the car is fitted with an aftermarket CAI.

Go to the end of the videos and you can hear the sucking sound by two of my cars, a 304 and an LS2.

In fact all my cars with aftermarket CAI do it.

My old VS used to suck like that with the factory airbox, amplified after installing the Mace CAI.

I remember the VR/VS cop cars in the 90's. The induction noise was louder than the exhaust. Not sure what the cops did to them but they sounded different to standard V8's

My VN BT1 was like that but we did find my friends fathers Calais V8 did the same. Usually you would adjust the butterfly valve and the IAC? valve would keep the car idling higher if it needed and the sound was made either with the closed throttle or the valve.
